SHIPPING POLICY

At Lafarga Creations, many of our products are custom-made, personalized, 3D printed, laser engraved, or produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES

Most orders require approximately 3–7 business days for production before they are shipped. More complex custom orders or larger quantities may require additional time.

Production time begins after all required personalization information has been received and, when applicable, the customer has approved the final design.

If an order requires additional design work or customer approval, delays in receiving that information may extend the production time.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping time begins after production is completed. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Any estimated delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact Lafarga Creations as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

LOST, DELAYED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside our control.

If tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you with determining the appropriate next steps with the carrier.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Lafarga Creations as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

CUSTOM & LARGE ORDERS

Large-volume, highly customized, or specialty orders may require longer production and shipping times. When appropriate, estimated timelines will be discussed before production begins.
